Composition and Organization of the Supply Chain
 
1. Ovine Whey Protein Production
 
A division dedicated to the processing of ovine milk whey and the production of high-protein whey powders for the food, and sports nutrition sectors.
All transformation processes are carried out using advanced technologies and certified quality standards.
 
2. Agricultural Land Management
 
The UniAgriLands division manages organic farmland in Bulgaria, currently cultivated with Alkekengi (Physalis alkekengi), an innovative crop with high nutritional value.
These lands represent a strategic base for cultivation, research, and development projects within the agri-food sector.
 
3. Agricultural Machinery and Equipment
 
An activity focused on the design and commercialization of agricultural machinery for crop harvesting and processing.
Each solution is developed in collaboration with technical partners and European manufacturers to ensure efficiency, durability, and adaptability. The group follows the model of a modern industrial network, based on operational synergies and a long-term vision oriented toward sustainable growth and innovation.
